This boxed set is an excellent way to begin a new Leagues of Votann collection – or reinforce an existing force – for games of Warhammer 40,000, offering strong value compared to purchasing the kits separately. The force is led by a calculating Memnyr Strategist, supported by adaptable Ironkin Steeljacks who can be outfitted for devastating ranged fire or brutal close-quarters combat. Hernkyn Pioneers provide speed and tactical flexibility, racing to secure distant objectives and disrupt enemy manoeuvres. Together, they form a balanced and efficient army ideal for fielding as a Mercenary Oathbound Detachment (rules found in The Maelstrom: Lair of the Tyrant – Detachments, available separately).

This boxed set builds 10 multipart plastic Leagues of Votann miniatures:

The miniatures offer numerous customisation options:

• Hernkyn Pioneers: One bike can include a rear gunner armed with either a HYLas rotary cannon or ion beamer. The others can be equipped with a rollbar searchlight, multiwave comms array, or pan spectral scanner. Cosmetic options include extra stowage and 10 different heads.

• Ironkin Steeljacks: Each can be armed with heavy volkanite disintegrators for long-range destruction, or an Autoch-pattern bolter paired with either a plasma sword or concussion gauntlet for close combat. The kit includes parts to build up to two optional unit champions.

Also included is a Leagues of Votann Transfer Sheet featuring 555 transfers, with iconography for the Greater Thurian League, Trans-Hyperian Alliance, Urani-Surtr Regulates, Ymyr Conglomerate, and Kronus Hegemony, along with numbers and additional symbols.

This kit comprises 317 plastic components, 3x Citadel 90mm by 52.5mm Oval Bases, 6x Citadel 40mm Round Bases, and 1x Citadel 32mm Round Base.

These miniatures require assembly and are supplied unpainted – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
